sec.57 Other particulars licensed dealer or licensed armourer to enter in weapons register

For section 71 (2) of the Act , the particulars for each transaction involving a weapon are as follows— the date of the receipt, acquisition, sale or transfer of the weapon; the type, action, make, model, serial number and calibre of the weapon; the chamber capacity and magazine capacity of the weapon. An entry in the weapons register may be corrected by putting a line through the incorrect words, without making the words illegible, and writing the correct words in a suitable place in the register. s 57 amd 2020 Act No. 7 s 93 (sec.57-ssec.1) For section 71 (2) of the Act , the particulars for each transaction involving a weapon are as follows— the date of the receipt, acquisition, sale or transfer of the weapon; the type, action, make, model, serial number and calibre of the weapon; the chamber capacity and magazine capacity of the weapon.
