sec.56 Particulars dealer, armourer or other trader must obtain and record in weapons register before transaction
For section 73 (a) of the Act , the particulars are the name, residential address and licence number of the other party to the proposed transaction. Under section 73 of the Act , a trader is a licensed dealer, licensed armourer, agent, employee or representative of the dealer or armourer.
