sec.55 What armourer’s licence authorises
An armourer’s licence authorises the licensee to store, manufacture, modify or repair any weapon in the course of the licensee’s business of storing, manufacturing, modifying or repairing weapons. However, the licence authorises the manufacture or modification of a weapon only at premises approved by an authorised officer and stated on the licence. (sec.55-ssec.1) An armourer’s licence authorises the licensee to store, manufacture, modify or repair any weapon in the course of the licensee’s business of storing, manufacturing, modifying or repairing weapons.
