sec.50 What group licence held by individual authorises
A group licence held by an individual authorises— the licensee to possess and use the weapons or category or type of weapons endorsed on the licence, for the purpose stated on the licence; and the licensee’s employees to physically possess and use the weapons or category or type of weapons, for the purpose stated on the licence.
- (a) the licensee to possess and use the weapons or category or type of weapons endorsed on the licence, for the purpose stated on the licence; and
- (b) the licensee’s employees to physically possess and use the weapons or category or type of weapons, for the purpose stated on the licence.
