sec.169 Partial refund of application fee or other fee if particular applications are refused

This section applies if— a person paid any of the following— the application fee for a licence; the fee, for renewal of a licence, accompanying an application for renewal of the licence; the application fee for an approval, or permit, under the Act ; the application fee for a commissioner’s exemption; and the application is refused. The fee less 21.15 fee units for administration must be refunded to the person. s 169 amd 2019 SL No. 102 s 7 ; 2020 SL No. 112 s 7 ; 2021 SL No. 66 s 5 ; 2022 SL No. 74 s 4 (sec.169-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person paid any of the following— the application fee for a licence; the fee, for renewal of a licence, accompanying an application for renewal of the licence; the application fee for an approval, or permit, under the Act ; the application fee for a commissioner’s exemption; and the application is refused. (sec.169-ssec.2) The fee less 21.15 fee units for administration must be refunded to the person.
