sec.167 Fee for particular applicants for licences
This section applies if— the holder of a licence (the existing licence ) applies for a licence, of the same class as the existing licence, with an endorsement for weapons additional to those already endorsed on the licence; and the licence applied for will expire on the same day as the existing licence. The application fee for the licence is 8.50 fee units. s 167 amd 2019 SL No. 102 s 6 ; 2020 SL No. 112 s 6 ; 2021 SL No. 66 s 4 ; 2022 SL No. 74 s 3 (sec.167-ssec.1) This section applies if— the holder of a licence (the existing licence ) applies for a licence, of the same class as the existing licence, with an endorsement for weapons additional to those already endorsed on the licence; and the licence applied for will expire on the same day as the existing licence. (sec.167-ssec.2) The application fee for the licence is 8.50 fee units.
