sec.163 Additional government service entities and their functions and employees’ functions
Schedule 3 prescribes the following— each entity for section 2 (9) of the Act , definition government service entity , paragraph (c) ; the functions of the entity for section 2 (2) (b) of the Act ; the functions of an employee of the entity for section 2 (2) (b) of the Act .
