sec.161 Handgun shooting competition that is prescribed to be an accredited event
For schedule 2 of the Act , definition accredited event , a handgun shooting competition is prescribed to be an accredited event if the competition— is for a weapon that has a calibre of .45 inch or less, with a magazine capacity of 10 rounds or less; and is a metallic silhouette competition or a single-action competition. - (a) is for a weapon that has a calibre of .45 inch or less, with a magazine capacity of 10 rounds or less; and
- (b) is a metallic silhouette competition or a single-action competition.
