sec.157 Disclosure of particular licence information to approved historical society
An authorised officer who has revoked or suspended the collector’s licence (weapons) held by a member of an approved historical society must disclose that fact to the society. An authorised officer who becomes aware that the collector’s licence (weapons) held by a member of an approved historical society has expired and not been renewed must disclose that fact to the society.
