sec.155 Disclosure of particular licence information to approved pistol club
An authorised officer who has revoked or suspended the concealable firearms licence held by a member of an approved pistol club must disclose that fact to the club. An authorised officer who becomes aware that the concealable firearms licence held by a member of an approved pistol club has expired and not been renewed must disclose that fact to the club. (sec.155-ssec.1) An authorised officer who has revoked or suspended the concealable firearms licence held by a member of an approved pistol club must disclose that fact to the club. (sec.155-ssec.2) An authorised officer who becomes aware that the concealable firearms licence held by a member of an approved pistol club has expired and not been renewed must disclose that fact to the club.
