sec.153 When commissioner may grant exemption
The commissioner may grant the exemption if satisfied— section 152 (2) has been complied with for seeking the exemption; and the person seeking the exemption is an eligible person for this division. (sec.153-ssec) The commissioner may grant the exemption if satisfied— section 152 (2) has been complied with for seeking the exemption; and the person seeking the exemption is an eligible person for this division.
