sec.151 Meaning of eligible person for this div
For this division, a person is an eligible person if— the person is an adult; and the person is overseas; and the person wants to apply for a visitor's licence to engage in an activity that is a reason for possession of a weapon under section 11 of the Act ; and it is unreasonable to require an application by the person for a visitor’s licence relating to engaging in the activity to be made personally by the person. (sec.151-ssec) For this division, a person is an eligible person if— the person is an adult; and the person is overseas; and the person wants to apply for a visitor's licence to engage in an activity that is a reason for possession of a weapon under section 11 of the Act ; and it is unreasonable to require an application by the person for a visitor’s licence relating to engaging in the activity to be made personally by the person.
- (a) the person is an adult; and
- (b) the person is overseas; and
- (c) the person wants to apply for a visitor's licence to engage in an activity that is a reason for possession of a weapon under section 11 of the Act ; and
- (d) it is unreasonable to require an application by the person for a visitor’s licence relating to engaging in the activity to be made personally by the person.
