sec.150 How to apply for a commissioner’s exemption other than an exemption under division 3 or 4
A person may apply in writing to the commissioner for a commissioner’s exemption, other than an exemption under division 3 or 4 . The application must— be accompanied by the application fee stated in schedule 1 for the exemption; and be made at or sent to a police station or police establishment. s 150 amd 2017 SL No. 117 s 12 (sec.150-ssec.1) A person may apply in writing to the commissioner for a commissioner’s exemption, other than an exemption under division 3 or 4 . (sec.150-ssec.2) The application must— be accompanied by the application fee stated in schedule 1 for the exemption; and be made at or sent to a police station or police establishment.
