sec.145 Conditions of commissioner’s exemption and offence not to comply with conditions
The commissioner may state conditions of a commissioner’s exemption in a notice under section 148 (2) or 154 (2) to the holder of the exemption. The holder must comply with the conditions. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —20 penalty units.
