sec.138 How notices under this division may be given to approved weapons club
A notice required or permitted by this division to be given to an approved weapons club may be given to the club’s representative. Subsection (1) does not affect the operation of any other law authorising the giving of the notice in any other way. (sec.138-ssec.1) A notice required or permitted by this division to be given to an approved weapons club may be given to the club’s representative. (sec.138-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not affect the operation of any other law authorising the giving of the notice in any other way.
