sec.130 Refusal to grant approval and reasons for refusal
If the authorised officer is not satisfied, for the application, about a matter mentioned in section 126 , the authorised officer must— refuse to grant approval of the weapons club; and give the club written notice of the refusal, that also states the reasons for the refusal.
