sec.113 Refusal to grant approval and reasons for refusal
If the authorised officer is not satisfied, for the application, about a matter mentioned in section 109 , the authorised officer must— refuse to grant the body approval as an approved historical society; and give the body a written notice of the refusal, that also states the reasons for the refusal.
