sec.103 Information licensed dealer involved in acquisition of weapon to give to authorised officer

For section 35 (2) (b) of the Act , the following information is prescribed— the dealer’s name and licence number; the name, address and licence number of the person disposing of the weapon; the date of the acquisition or sale of the weapon; the type, action, make, model, serial number and calibre of the weapon; the chamber capacity and magazine capacity of the weapon. The information must be signed by or for the acquirer, and— if the acquirer holds a permit to acquire the weapon—be written on the copy of the permit; or otherwise—be given in writing.
