sec.10 Waiting period before application for licence can be decided

For section 15 (1) of the Act , the period is— for an application for a licence other than a visitor’s licence— until the end of the 28th day after the application was lodged; or if an authorised officer is satisfied there are exceptional circumstances—until the end of the day the application was lodged; or for an application for a visitor’s licence—until the end of the day the application was lodged.

(a) for an application for a licence other than a visitor’s licence— (i) until the end of the 28th day after the application was lodged; or (ii) if an authorised officer is satisfied there are exceptional circumstances—until the end of the day the application was lodged; or
(i) until the end of the 28th day after the application was lodged; or
(ii) if an authorised officer is satisfied there are exceptional circumstances—until the end of the day the application was lodged; or
(b) for an application for a visitor’s licence—until the end of the day the application was lodged.
(i) until the end of the 28th day after the application was lodged; or
