#### 36 Additional conditions of permit 36 Additional conditions of permit > A theatrical weapons armourer permit is subject to the following conditions— > > > (a) any prohibited weapon to which the permit relates must be maintained in a safe condition, > > > (b) the permit holder must ensure that any employee who is authorised by the permit to possess and use any prohibited weapon to which the permit relates is properly trained in the safe handling of the weapon and is suitably qualified to carry out the functions of a theatrical armourer.
