#### 32 Change of premises 32 Change of premises > > (1) The holder of a weapons dealer permit must apply to the Commissioner if the holder proposes to change the premises to which the permit relates. > > > (2) Any such application is to be made in the approved form and accompanied by the fee payable under clause 14 (1) (c) for inspecting the new premises. > > > (3) After taking into account the same relevant matters as would have to be considered in assessing an application for a weapons dealer permit, the Commissioner may approve or refuse the application. > > > (4) A refusal may be made on any of the grounds on which an application for a weapons dealer permit may be refused. > > > (5) If the application is approved, the Commissioner is to issue a replacement permit to give effect to the change of premises to which the permit relates.
