#### 49 Identification of authorised officers 49 Identification of authorised officers > > (1) An authorised officer cannot exercise the functions of an authorised officer under this Act or the regulations unless the officer is in possession of an identification card issued to the officer by the Commissioner. > > > (2) In the course of exercising the functions of an authorised officer under this Act or the regulations, the officer must, if requested to do so by any person, produce the officer’s identification card to the person.
