#### 43 Proceedings for offences 43 Proceedings for offences > > (1) Except as provided by this section, proceedings for an offence under this Act or the regulations may be disposed of summarily before the Local Court. > > > (2) An offence under section 7, 20, 23 (1), 23A (1), 25A (1), 25B (1), 31 or 34 may be prosecuted on indictment.
