#### 35A Recognition of domestic violence orders 35A Recognition of domestic violence orders > Section 98ZJ (Recognition of disqualification to hold weapons permit) of the [Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-080) does not apply to a recognised DVO if section 98ZH of that Act applies to the recognised DVO and requires the Commissioner to revoke a permit under this Act held by the person concerned or to refuse to issue a permit under this Act to the person concerned. > > **s 35A:** Ins 2017 No 26, Sch 3 \[6\].
