#### 25 Advertising sale of prohibited weapons 25 Advertising sale of prohibited weapons > A person who causes to be published an advertisement for the sale of a prohibited weapon must ensure that the advertisement— > > > (a) states that a permit is required for the possession or use of the weapon, and > > > (b) specifies the permit number of the person on whose behalf the weapon is being sold. > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
