5 Application of this Ordinance
This Ordinance does not apply to the possession or use of a weapon by any of the following persons in the performance of his or her functions or duties: (a) a police officer who is on duty; (b) a member of the Defence Force; (c) an officer of the Australian Protective Service; (d) an officer of the Australian Customs Service; (e) an authorised AFMA officer.
