23 Review of decisions made by Director
A person may apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a decision by the Director: (a) to refuse to approve the manufacture of a weapon under section 13; or (b) not to make a declaration under section 16; or (c) to confirm, revoke or vary the decision of an employee under section 22.
