WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE SERVICES REGULATIONS 2002 Regulations under the Water Supply and Sewerage Services Act 2000 1 Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Water Supply and Sewerage Services Regulations 2002. 2 Returns For the purposes of section 19(2)(a) of the Act, 1 August in each year is prescribed. 3 Date of payment of licence fee For the purposes of section 19(2)(b) of the Act, 15 August in each year is prescribed.
