96 Tapping main or drawing off water (1) A person must not, without the written approval of the licensee: (a) tap a water main or connect a private service to a water main of the licensee; or (b) draw off water from a reservoir, dam, aqueduct, tank, pipe, hydrant or other works the property of the licensee. (2) Subsection (1)(b) does not apply to drawing off water to fight a fire.
