48 Asset management plans (1) A licensee must, not later than 12 months after being granted a licence, develop an asset management plan. (2) The asset management plan is to ensure optimal arrangements for creating, repairing and replacing the licensee's water supply and (3) A licensee must maintain and implement the asset management plan throughout the period of the licence. (4) A licensee must in each year of the licence submit an updated copy of the asset management plan to the Utilities Commission.
