22 Notice of licence decisions (1) The Utilities Commission must give an applicant for a licence, or for agreement to the transfer of a licence, written notice of the Utilities Commission's decision on the application. (2) The Utilities Commission must give a licensee written notice of any decision by the Utilities Commission affecting the terms or conditions of the licence.
