106 Prevention of dismantling of water supply and sewerage services infrastructure in execution of judgment (1) Water supply infrastructure and sewerage services infrastructure owned or operated by a licensee cannot be dismantled in execution of a judgment. (2) This section does not prevent the sale of water supply infrastructure or sewerage services infrastructure as a going concern in execution of a judgment.
