77D Offence—do work without recharge licence
A person commits an offence if the person—
(a) does any of the following work for the purpose of increasing the
quantity of ground water:
(i) constructs works;
(ii) operates works;
(iii) alters works; and
(b) does not have a recharge licence for the work.
