51 Recharge licence—cancellation The authority may cancel a recharge licence if satisfied that the work being carried out under the licence is— (a) damaging soil, rock or structures; or (b) damaging ecosystems that depend on the area in question; or (c) affecting the natural drainage of surface water of the area in question. Note A recharge licence may also be cancelled under pt 6 (Disciplinary action) or s 106 (Nonpayment of fees).
