22 Water access entitlement—content
A water access entitlement must state—
(a) the name of the holder of the entitlement; and
(b) the amount of surface water or ground water that may be taken;
and
Note The amount must be stated as the lesser of a percentage of the total
amount of water available for taking in the water management area
and a stated maximum volume (see s 19 (2)).
(c) the water management area to which the amount relates; and
(d) if the holder does not have access to urban water supply and the
entitlement is for water for stock or domestic use—
(i) that the water is for stock or domestic use; and
(ii) the place where the water may be taken; and
(e) anything else required under this Act to be stated in the water
access entitlement.
