106 Nonpayment of fees
If a fee payable in relation to a water access entitlement or licence is
not paid before the end of 30 days after the day it is payable, the
authority may—
(a) suspend the entitlement or licence until the fee is paid; or
(b) cancel the entitlement or licence.
