103 Evidentiary certificates
In a prosecution for an offence against this Act, a certificate signed
by the authority that includes any of the following statements is
evidence of the matters stated:
(a) a statement that, at a stated time or during a stated period, a
stated person was or was not the holder of a stated licence;
(b) a statement that, at a stated time or during a stated period, a
stated person was or was not the owner of stated land;
(c) a statement that a stated place is, or is not, a waterway or bore;
(d) a statement that, at a stated time or during a stated period, there
was or was not, on stated land, a channel or other means
(including mechanical means) by which water could be taken;
(e) a statement that, at a stated time or during a stated period, there
were or were not, at a stated place, works to increase ground
water;
(f) a statement that, at a stated time or during a stated period, there
was or was not, a water structure on stated land.
