sec.75 Elements of water licences to take groundwater
A water licence to take groundwater must state— a nominal entitlement that may be taken under the licence; and the purpose for which groundwater may be taken under the licence; and a monthly volumetric limit or quarterly volumetric limit, if any, that may be taken under the licence; and the conditions, if any, under which the groundwater may be taken.
