sec.72 Limitation on taking groundwater— Act , s 20 (2)
This section alters the groundwater that may be taken under section 20 (2) of the Act . A person may only take groundwater in the plan area— under a water permit; or under a water licence; or under section 73 ; or for stock or domestic purposes. s 72 amd 2013 Act No. 23 s 352 sch 1 pt 2 (sec.72-ssec.1) This section alters the groundwater that may be taken under section 20 (2) of the Act . (sec.72-ssec.2) A person may only take groundwater in the plan area— under a water permit; or under a water licence; or under section 73 ; or for stock or domestic purposes.
