sec.61 Elements of water licences to take unsupplemented water
A water licence to take unsupplemented water must state the following— the purpose for which the water may be taken under the licence; the maximum rate at which water may be taken under the licence; the daily volumetric limit for the licence; the nominal entitlement for the licence; the flow conditions, if any, for the licence.
- (a) the purpose for which the water may be taken under the licence;
