sec.59 Water allocation groups for water allocations
A water allocation to take unsupplemented water in subcatchment areas D or E belongs to— for an authorisation that does not state a flow condition—water allocation group 1; and for another authorisation—water allocation group 2.
- (a) for an authorisation that does not state a flow condition—water allocation group 1; and
- (b) for another authorisation—water allocation group 2.
