sec.53 Purpose to be stated on water allocation
The purpose to be stated on a water allocation to take unsupplemented water must be— if the purpose stated on the authorisation is stock, domestic, amenities, irrigation, stock intensive, agriculture or a similar purpose—‘rural’; or otherwise—‘any’.
- (a) if the purpose stated on the authorisation is stock, domestic, amenities, irrigation, stock intensive, agriculture or a similar purpose—‘rural’; or
- (b) otherwise—‘any’.
