sec.35 Decisions consistent with objectives
Decisions about the allocation or management of surface water, other than a decision about a water permit, must be consistent with— the environmental flow objectives; and the water allocation security objectives.
- (a) the environmental flow objectives; and
- (b) the water allocation security objectives.
