sec.30 Period for which strategic unallocated water is granted for particular State purpose
This section applies to water licences for taking strategic unallocated water for either of the following State purposes— a project of State significance; a project of regional significance. Water granted for a project is granted only for the life of the project and the right to take the water returns to the State on the conclusion of the project. (sec.30-ssec.1) This section applies to water licences for taking strategic unallocated water for either of the following State purposes— a project of State significance; a project of regional significance. (sec.30-ssec.2) Water granted for a project is granted only for the life of the project and the right to take the water returns to the State on the conclusion of the project.
