7.01 Purposes of Part
For section 126 of the Act, this Part specifies: (a) the persons, or classes of persons, who must give a copy of water information to the Bureau; and (b) the water information that must be given; and (c) the time within which the copy must be given; and (d) the form and manner in which the water information contained in the copy must be given.
Note: Under subsection 126(1) of the Act, a person is required to give a copy of water information to the Bureau only if it is in the person’s possession, custody or control.
