sec.72 Particular water allocation dealings to be assessed and notice of application published
This section applies to an application for a water allocation dealing if— neither subdivision 3 nor a water management protocol states that the dealing is permitted or prohibited (an other dealing ); and a water management protocol does not state that the dealing is of a type that must be assessed under the protocol. A notice of the application must be published under section 64 . The water allocation dealing must be assessed under section 73 . s 72 amd 2025 SL No. 64 s 4 (sec.72-ssec.1) This section applies to an application for a water allocation dealing if— neither subdivision 3 nor a water management protocol states that the dealing is permitted or prohibited (an other dealing ); and a water management protocol does not state that the dealing is of a type that must be assessed under the protocol. (sec.72-ssec.2) A notice of the application must be published under section 64 . (sec.72-ssec.3) The water allocation dealing must be assessed under section 73 .
- (a) neither subdivision 3 nor a water management protocol states that the dealing is permitted or prohibited (an other dealing ); and
