sec.70 Permitted subdivision of a water allocation
A subdivision of a water allocation is permitted if— the total of the nominal volumes of the resulting water allocations is the same as the nominal volume of the water allocation being subdivided; and each attribute of the water allocation being subdivided is subdivided in proportion to the nominal volume of each resulting water allocation; and each resulting water allocation states the same conditions as the water allocation being subdivided.
- (a) the total of the nominal volumes of the resulting water allocations is the same as the nominal volume of the water allocation being subdivided; and
- (b) each attribute of the water allocation being subdivided is subdivided in proportion to the nominal volume of each resulting water allocation; and
- (c) each resulting water allocation states the same conditions as the water allocation being subdivided.
