sec.68 Chief executive to give notice of decision
This section applies to an application made under this division. Within 10 business days of deciding the application, the chief executive must give written notice of the decision to— the applicant; and any entity that made a properly made submission about the application. However, if the application was decided in accordance with subdivision 4 , the notice must be an information notice. (sec.68-ssec.1) This section applies to an application made under this division.
