sec.62 Purpose and application of division— Act , s 158
This division prescribes, for section 158 of the Act , the water allocation dealing rules applying to the whole of the State. However, this division does not apply to the extent the relevant water management protocol provides for an alternative process for— making an application for a water allocation dealing; or deciding a water allocation dealing. (sec.62-ssec.1) This division prescribes, for section 158 of the Act , the water allocation dealing rules applying to the whole of the State. (sec.62-ssec.2) However, this division does not apply to the extent the relevant water management protocol provides for an alternative process for— making an application for a water allocation dealing; or deciding a water allocation dealing.
