sec.35 Criteria for deciding application

In deciding whether to approve the application, the chief executive must consider— any additional information given about the application; and each of the following that apply to the water licence that is the subject of the application— a water plan; a water management protocol, including, in particular, the rules stated in the protocol for relocating water licences; water sharing rules mentioned in schedule 5 , to the extent the rules are about relocating water licences.
